You will lead engineers, supervisors, and operators, guiding continuous improvement and operational excellence. A strong track record in large-scale chemical production, safety leadership, and budget stewardship is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 10+ years in chemical plant operations; at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in large-scale chemical production and complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety management systems, environmental regulations, and quality control.
