As head of the kitchen, you will oversee all culinary operations, mentor the team, maintain food safety and hygiene, and collaborate with management to deliver memorable dining experiences in a remote safari environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an executive chef or senior culinary leader in luxury settings.
• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative, guest-centric menus.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a calm, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities
