Job description

My client is seeking an Executive Brand Manager with experience in FMCG sales or On Con to drive the building of SFP brands across face-to-face opportunities within a given territory or area. The incumbent will drive operations and performance with the identified LAMPs (Legal-Aged Meeting Places) to seek out new social opportunities and support event plug-ins to drive brand awareness and equity. This is a 24-month contract.

Position Details:

  • Tertiary qualification in business management or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license for more than 12 months is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales or On Con.
  • Experience in consumer engagement, brand experience, or event planning is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to advocate for the SFP group of brands and products within your professional network.
  • Regular networking within LAMP Event environments to identify opportunities aligned with brand strategies and omnichannel focus.
  • Drive brand acceleration and growth through relevant brand staging per campaign, brand, and communication cycle.
  • Negotiate and maintain a network of LAMP venues to achieve marketing KPIs such as visibility, engagement, and brand equity.
  • Track and report on compliance and campaign results using provided systems and tools, aligned with set objectives to measure impact.
