We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Executive Assistant with strong customer service experience to support a USA-based client. This is a remote position that requires working U.S. business hours. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and highly skilled in using various software tools, including CRM platforms.
Provide executive-level administrative support
Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling tasks
Communicate with clients and customers professionally and promptly
Use CRM systems and other software tools to manage customer data and workflow
Assist in organizing virtual meetings and maintaining documentation
Handle general administrative tasks to support business operations
Proven experience in executive assistance and customer service
Proficiency with CRM systems and various digital tools
Highly tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Must reside in South Africa
Must have a reliable laptop and stable, high-speed internet
Willing to work U.S. business hours (3 PM -11 PM SAST)
