Working Hours: 3:00 PM -11:00 PM (SAST)
Location: Remote (South Africa-based candidates only)

We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Executive Assistant with strong customer service experience to support a USA-based client. This is a remote position that requires working U.S. business hours. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and highly skilled in using various software tools, including CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive-level administrative support

  • Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling tasks

  • Communicate with clients and customers professionally and promptly

  • Use CRM systems and other software tools to manage customer data and workflow

  • Assist in organizing virtual meetings and maintaining documentation

  • Handle general administrative tasks to support business operations

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in executive assistance and customer service

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and various digital tools

  • Highly tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

  • Must reside in South Africa

  • Must have a reliable laptop and stable, high-speed internet
