About the Role :
An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a leading, dynamic enterprise in the hospitality and agritourism sector.
This role is critical to ensuring seamless administrative and operational flow across a multifaceted business.
The successful candidate will act as the MD's right hand, providing confidential, strategic, and efficient support while managing cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.
Facilitate communication between the MD and internal departments.
Prepare briefing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Assist with project tracking and follow-ups on deadlines and deliverables.
Liaise with stakeholders and external partners with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and act proactively to resolve challenges.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff role, supporting senior leadership.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
A resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
