Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company documents, legal and otherwise
- Taking of meeting minutes and sharing with stakeholders
- GlueUp system and database management - Supporting the updating and maintenance of the database
- Updating and Managing the Monthly EXCO Report
- Updating Board Packs and Funder Reports
- Clerical and Administrative support
- Organizational diary - Booking appointments - assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary
- Preparing and sharing meetings and agendas
- Member communications, support, and management
- Telephonic support
- Travel Bookings and Logistical Arrangements for CEO Travel and Events
OPSCO Team Support
- Coordinate the weekly OPSCO meeting
- Support regional teams and Finance with Admin and logistic arrangements
- Assist regional teams with member support services
- Assist with Admin support, travel and logistic arrangements for Finance, Skills, Project and Marketing teams
Membership
- Assist with Member and membership queries
- Member Database Management
- Onboarding of members
Events
- Assist with events Admin
- Support in sending our communication on Mailchimp
- Inviting members for events
- Monitoring RSVPs

- Act as a team player by contributing to cross-functional efforts and supporting team objectives

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
- Data Management
- Extensive experience in executive support and office management
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
