Executive Assistant to CEO
Krugersdorp, Gauteng
Our Client in Chamdor, Krugersdorp / Roodepoort, Gauteng is looking for an Assistant to the CEO with 3-5 years solid experience to assist with the CEO in office management, tenders, reports, procurement/buying, logistics, and documentation.
You must have 3 years plus Tender documentation and coordinating experience.
Salary: Very negotiable depending on experience.
Qualification Requirements:
- Matric and relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- Excellent skills in Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint
- Min 3-5 years Assistant experience to CEO/MD/COO or FD experience from the Engineering, Production, Construction, Mining, Manufacturing, or Technical working environments
- 3 years Procurement/pricing/buying experience (Administration & Coordinating wise)
- Technically minded
- Experience to administer/compile tenders essential
- Experience logging into tender portals needed
- Attention to detail a must
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide executive, assisting, and administrative support to the CEO
- Procurement, Pricing, and Buying duties
- Tender Administration, submission, and Coordination
- Filtering tender information into summarized Excel document for Directors to review and price
- Assist with compiling and submitting tender documents
- Logging onto tender portals and reliably downloading documents
- Corresponding with all outsourced suppliers regarding quotes and queries
- Executive PA duties like diary management, coordinating of meetings, conferences, and functions
- Arranging and booking of all travel, meetings, and events (local and international)
- Executive Typing skills of correspondence, documents, quotes, and minutes of meetings
- Deal with customers' queries and complaints by recording and responding
- Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the Directors ensuring all necessary requirements are made (e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas)
