Job summary

A leading telecommunications company in Roodepoort seeks an Executive Administrator to manage the schedule of executives and oversee the Executive office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. The role is accountable for the following key areas:

  • Managing the diary and schedule of the assigned Executive(s).
  • Coordinating payments with Finance for third-party expenses.
  • Overseeing the administration of the Executive office and diary.
  • Maintaining documentation and filing systems.
  • Ensuring document quality and compliance for Executive review.
  • Handling internal and external correspondence.
  • Preparing monthly activity reports.
  • Processing requisitions for the Executive office.

Office Management

  • Organizing social events, managing budgets, and coordinating activities.
  • Arranging local, international, and personal travel.
  • Developing and maintaining filing and document tracking systems.
  • Managing team forums and meetings.
  • Handling travel arrangements for the team.
  • Coordinating department conferences.
  • Tracking budgets and payments.

Project Management

  • Coordinating diaries and travel planning.
  • Planning and coordinating events.

Education

  • A first degree in Secretarial Administration or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum three years in an administrative role in a reputable company.
  • Experience supporting top management with local and international operations.
