With a fast-paced, results-driven culture, they support high-level strategic initiatives across multiple sectors. They are now looking for an experienced and discreet Executive Assistant to join their remote team and provide high-level support to C-suite executives.

Job Description:


Our client is seeking a highly organised, confident, and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders operating at the highest levels of the organisation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, streamlining communication, and ensuring the executives’ schedules and responsibilities are handled with precision and professionalism. This is a fully remote, part-time position ideal for someone based in South Africa with experience supporting executive-level stakeholders in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Calendar and Diary Management: Coordinate and manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and resolve conflicts proactively.

  • Inbox and Communication Oversight: Monitor emails, prioritise correspondence, and respond or escalate as appropriate on behalf of senior executives.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare monthly reports, briefing documents, and presentation materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.

  • Meeting Support: Schedule, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings.

  • Project Coordination: Oversee ad-hoc projects, liaise with internal teams, and manage deadlines on behalf of the executive team.

  • Travel and Expenses: Coordinate travel logistics (where required) and prepare detailed expense reports for reimbursement.




Requirements





  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, corporate or international environment.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and experience with Canva or similar design tools.
