They are now looking for an experienced and discreet Executive Assistant to join their remote team and provide high-level support to C-suite executives.
Our client is seeking a highly organised, confident, and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders operating at the highest levels of the organisation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, streamlining communication, and ensuring the executives’ schedules and responsibilities are handled with precision and professionalism. This is a fully remote, part-time position ideal for someone based in South Africa with experience supporting executive-level stakeholders in a global business environment.
Calendar and Diary Management: Coordinate and manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and resolve conflicts proactively.
Inbox and Communication Oversight: Monitor emails, prioritise correspondence, and respond or escalate as appropriate on behalf of senior executives.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare monthly reports, briefing documents, and presentation materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
Meeting Support: Schedule, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings.
Project Coordination: Oversee ad-hoc projects, liaise with internal teams, and manage deadlines on behalf of the executive team.
Travel and Expenses: Coordinate travel logistics (where required) and prepare detailed expense reports for reimbursement.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, corporate or international environment.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and experience with Canva or similar design tools.
Fully remote role, open to candidates based in South Africa
