Role Overview

Provide top-level support to the CEO and COO of a well-established business. This role requires an individual who is meticulous, efficient, and experienced at the executive level.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Grade 12, coupled with a relevant Diploma or Degree.
  2. 3 or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executive management.
  3. Extensive minute-taking experience.
  4. Typing speed of 70+ WPM.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong presentation creation skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Coordinate meetings, agendas, catering, and follow-ups.
  3. Prepare and minute management and executive meetings.
  4. Create, edit, and finalise reports and presentations.
  5. Maintain filing systems and sensitive records.
  6. Act as liaison between Executives and internal departments.
  7. Track the submission of reports on behalf of the Executives.
  8. Provide general admin support as required.
