Who We're Looking For: The Bay Hotel, set against the majestic Twelve Apostles Mountain range and just a minute's walk from the Atlantic Ocean, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team of extraordinary individuals. We are looking for a meticulous Personal Assistant to ensure the smooth daily operations of the COO's Office.
In this role, you will provide vital support across various projects and ventures, gaining exposure to diverse business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the COO in daily operations and project management.
  • Provide backup support for various initiatives managed from the Chairman's Office.
  • Collaborate on a variety of business projects, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Engage in continuous learning to develop a broad spectrum of skills.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency in driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
  • Hospitality experience is required.
  • Skilled in administration programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
