Executive Assistant to the Director

Minimum Requirements:

  • A National Diploma or post-qualification in Office Management & Technology or Office Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years or equivalent work-related experience, including at least 2 years supporting executive management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and creativity.
  • Ability to travel locally as required.
  • Flexibility in working hours.

Key Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong report writing, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, work ethic, and integrity.
  • Familiarity with the latest office equipment and applications.
  • Ability to organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy access.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as expense reporting, salary inputs, and data entry.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and meet the travel needs of executives.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
