Purpose

This role focuses on supporting executive roles in their day-to-day activities. May support one executive or a small number of executives.

Key Missions

  1. Schedules and coordinates meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.
  2. Manages administrative tasks (for example: purchase requests, expenses report, report writing).
  3. Acts as the interface with internal and external interlocutors.
  4. May work on support presentations/documents/files.
  5. Handles confidential business and personal information.
  6. Delivers administrative tasks clearly defined with autonomy.
