Executive Assistant (C-Suite Level)

Location: Sandton, JHB

Salary: R54,000 per month

We’re looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Executive team, particularly the CEO, in a fast-paced and agile environment. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executives’ calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and communication.
  • Coordinate Board meetings and liaise with shareholders.
  • Oversee office operations, budgets, and events.
  • Support HR with onboarding, staff awards, and culture initiatives.
  • Handle strategic projects and personal admin for the CEO.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years’ experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant or similar.
  • Excellent MS Office and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and project management abilities.
  • High level of discretion, proactivity, and adaptability.
