Executive Assistant to GM

Location: Bryanston

Salary: R40,000 – R50,000 per month

Travel: Local and international travelling involved

Overview:

A dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant is sought to support the General Manager (GM) with C-suite experience. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of the GM’s office, managing sensitive communications, complex logistics, and high-level administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full executive support, including confidential correspondence and daily office coordination
  • Manage complex calendars and organize local and international travel, visas, and accommodations
  • Liaise with VP visitors, internal departments, and international stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes for senior management meetings
  • Handle executive-level customer queries and franchisee enquiries
  • Coordinate logistics for boardroom functions, VIP visits, and corporate events
  • Reconcile credit cards, FOREX, and submit expense claims
  • Maintain leave rosters and medical claim submissions

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years' experience as an Executive Personal Assistant at senior level
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • C-suite experience.
  • Proven experience in diary management, travel coordination, and report preparation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; high level of discretion and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
