Key Responsibilities : Provide full executive support, including confidential correspondence and daily office coordination Manage complex calendars and organize local and international travel, visas, and accommodations Liaise with VP visitors, internal departments, and international stakeholders Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes for senior management meetings Handle executive-level customer queries and franchisee enquiries Coordinate logistics for boardroom functions, VIP visits, and corporate events Reconcile credit cards, FOREX, and submit expense claims Maintain leave rosters and medical claim submissionsRequirements : 58 years' experience as an Executive Personal Assistant at senior level Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field C-suite experience.

Proven experience in diary management, travel coordination, and report preparation Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office; high level of discretion and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
