Job description

We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This is a fully remote role and requires someone who can manage schedules, communication, and sensitive admin with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments

Coordinate travel and prepare detailed itineraries

Handle confidential correspondence and reports

Prepare presentations, documents, and meeting materials

Support executive decision-making through accurate admin

Requirements :

Completed Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

A post-school qualification from a South African TVET college or university in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field

Proven experience providing support to senior or executive-level leadership

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote work tools

Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and work independently

High level of discretion and attention to detail
