MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting senior executives
  • 2-3 Years Experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting executive managements
  • Familiar with Managing Directors office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work in an office environment
  • Occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate meetings and travel schedules

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
