The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while contributing to process improvements and operational optimization.

As an Executive Assistant, you will interface internally with departments and represent the CEO’s office in an effective and professional manner, including interactions with SAA executives, management, and Board members. You will efficiently resolve enquiries and complaints directed to the office using specialized knowledge and allocate where necessary. Managing the CEO’s diary effectively while maintaining stakeholder relationships with integrity and professional conduct is essential. You will be responsible for communicating complex correspondence on behalf of the CEO to various stakeholders and performing personal errands for the CEO as required. Screening calls to reroute non-essential inquiries to appropriate staff members and taking messages where necessary is part of the role. Additionally, you will manage and maintain an up-to-date filing system to ensure information is easily accessible and accurately archived when needed. Preparing a variety of high-quality strategic documentation, including reports, agreements, letters, presentations, and executive packs, with utmost confidentiality is expected. You will reconcile all project deliverables concerning governance processes and financial implications while living and role modeling SAA values.
