Job description

We are a South African women-owned pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and markets vitamin and mineral supplements for women.

Who are we looking for :

We are looking for an assertive, highly organised graduate with a proven track record to assist the Managing Director.

What will you do :

  • Minute taking and preparation of agendas
  • Preparation of monthly newsletters
  • Preparation of weekly themes
  • Extensive proofreading
  • Preparation of performance reviews
  • Organisation and preparation of events and workshops

What do you need :

  • A minimum of five years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Must have an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Law or similar
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office Packages which includes Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Expert in letter writing, minute taking and proof reading
  • Strong legal knowledge of the South African Labour and Corporate laws
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in the English Language - written and verbal
  • Valid driver's licence, own reliable motor vehicle
