About the role :

They are seeking a highly organised, dynamic, disciplined Executive Assistant with great attention to detail, output-focused, and capable of getting the job done.

This is a remote position requiring a pro-active, highly responsive, self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role will start with foundational responsibilities like diary management and may evolve to include operational and business management tasks as competence and commitment grow.

Key Foundational Responsibilities :
  • Proactively manage calendar and scheduling to ensure optimal use of Partners' time
  • Organise travel arrangements and handle logistics precisely
  • Lead document management and virtual filing, maintaining easy access to files and important documents
  • Attend internal team meetings, assist the Managing Partner with follow-up tasks, and ensure they are communicated and tracked

Salary :
  • £ - £1, per month (Year 1, with potential to increase in Year 2) (+- R 18,57 - R 22,46 at today's rates), based on experience and skill.
