Business Area Assistant – Bilingual (English / French)

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced support role?

We're looking for a Business Area Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will:

  1. Provide administrative and secretarial support to our Business Unit
  2. Manage calendars, travel bookings, meeting logistics, and office supplies
  3. Handle correspondence and client-facing communication
  4. Support procurement and petty cash administration
  5. Ensure the smooth running of daily office operations

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Matric or NQF equivalent
  2. 2+ years secretarial / administrative experience
  3. Strong computer literacy in MS Office
  4. Ability to work Canadian business hours (evening shifts in SA)
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
