We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO. This is a dynamic and visible role requiring exceptional communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced, international business environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the CEO’s diary, including schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive-level documents
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Track tasks, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely execution
Provide support on personal administrative matters, as required
Assist with project management and operational activities
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role (3–5+ years)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with global teams
Experience supporting C-suite executives in a dynamic, high-demand setting
Hybrid working environment
Collaboration across global time zones may be required
