We are looking for a Director Assistant who wants to work between Europe and Angola. In Angola, we focus on outsourcing and exporting raw coffee to our diverse clientele in Asia and Europe. Southern Coffee Comercio Lda is our Angolan company, established in 2023.

Angola has a rich history in global coffee production. Although the coffee industry in Angola was dormant for the past 40 years, it is now experiencing a strong comeback — and we are here to boost this great return.

What will you do?

You will support the diverse strategic directions of the company by working closely with the company director in creating supply chain and sales strategies. As the Director Assistant, you will contribute to optimising workflow systems, product performance tools, and other sales promotion activities, ensuring our local team has the best conditions for success.

Who are you?

You speak and write fluent English (another Latin language is a plus).

You have experience in sales, administration, economics, or logistics.

You are result-oriented with a strong commercial understanding.

Workplace and Culture

Pezo Import AB is a Swedish-established company. In Angola, we operate through our sister company (Southern Coffee Comercio Lda), which will be your official employer. You will be part of an energetic and ambitious local team. While working with us in Angola, you will receive lodging, daily breakfast and lunch, private health insurance, a practice and learning period contract, and subsequently yearly contracts. You will report directly to the company director. Salary is negotiated individually based on skills and experience. This is a full-time position requiring relocation to Angola. A driving license is a significant plus.
