A growing company in Cape Town is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, ensuring the efficiency of operations, and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background and at least five years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
A Personal Assistant will be part of the CEO's office, which includes the SHERQ department.
The role primarily provides secretarial support to the CEO, Board, committees, and EXCO members, including managing the company diary and daily activities to ensure seamless operations and confidentiality.

Accountability: Responsible for all activities linked to the position, including managing the company credit card and establishing effective escalation structures.
Communication: Foster transparent and responsive communication, respond to emails within 24 hours, and provide telephonic guidance as needed.
