Are you an expert at juggling complex calendars, managing sensitive communications, and keeping senior leaders one step ahead?

A leading organisation is on the lookout for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team. This is a high-impact role for a confident professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, values precision, and knows how to keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

The Role : Acting as the right-hand to Executive Management, the successful candidate will take charge of complex diary management, strategic meeting coordination, and high-level stakeholder communication. You''ll be the gatekeeper and enablerensuring deadlines are met, projects are on track, and that every interaction reflects professionalism and purpose.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Executive calendar and travel management across multiple time zones
  • Preparation of reports, presentations, and board-level documentation
  • High-level stakeholder engagement and internal communication
  • Project coordination, budgeting and expense control
  • Procurement, inventory, and office management duties
  • Event planning and brand representation at corporate functions

Requirements :

  • Available IMMEDIATELY
  • A Diploma (NQF Level 7) in Business Administration, Secretariat, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in a similar EA / Executive Support role in a corporate setting
  • Advanced organisational and multitasking skills
  • Professional discretion and stakeholder confidence
  • Experience with financial tools like SAP, Oracle or Concur is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
