Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and visa applications for the Country Manager
- Welcome visitors and manage their logistical needs
- Organize and support internal and external meetings
- Coordinate major events such as QBRs, IOP, and Townhalls
- Follow up on key actions to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with department projects and assignments
- Track timelines for reports and submissions
- Create PowerPoint presentations and compile reports
- Maintain an efficient document management system
- Raise purchase orders and monitor department expenses
- Handle business/travel expense claims and ensure timely submissions
- Verify and process department invoices and payments
- Compile expense and accrual reports
- Support quarterly budget forecasting

- Efficient scheduling and calendar management for the Country Manager

- Smooth execution of all logistical aspects of meetings and events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar support role
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office and calendar management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
