Overview
Job Description: As the Travelling Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive and ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Assist with special projects and provide administrative support as needed.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Prepare expense reports and manage budgets for executive activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role is preferrable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant Qualification ie. Managers Assistant qualification etc.
- Willng to work overtime and irregular hours, as well as able to travel abroad for longer periods of time
