Overview

Job Description: As the Travelling Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive and ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  • Assist with special projects and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Prepare expense reports and manage budgets for executive activities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role is preferrable.
