Job summary

Vodacom seeks an executive leader to orchestrate the Group AI Strategy across 8 markets, ensuring AI investment delivers measurable business value. The role bridges AI ambition with Vodafone Group alignment, ownership of the Group AI Execution Framework and governance across markets.

You will build the AI delivery office, track milestones, manage risks and ensure disciplined execution of strategic AI priorities, while partnering with market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 12–15 years in strategy execution, enterprise transformation and product management, with senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce execution standards, delivery methodologies and performance rhythms.
• Establish and own AI performance management architecture and KPIs.
• Lead cross-market AI delivery with governance alignment and risk management.
