What will be your role and responsibilities?

1. Coordination, monitoring, and reporting on GFBB roll-outs:
2. Responsible for one or more GFBB rollout(s).
3. Support the targets of the GFBB initiative and defend standards in the template as well as rollout best practices.
4. Coordinate all phases of roll-outs where FR-ZA is responsible, e.g., planning, FIT / GAP, D&I, UAT, migration, training, and cut-over.
5. Set up the local GFBB rollout organization with the central rollout manager according to GFBB guidelines for the market.
6. Report consolidated rollout status to relevant stakeholders in project management.
7. Participate, report, and escalate to central steering committees.
8. Ensure timely decisions in case of escalation.
9. Coordinate the project and work closely with the FT rollout stream and local RCP / PCP.
10. Monitor the proven rollout approach (documentation, tools, lessons learned, etc.) and transfer experiences to further roll-outs.
11. Support the design of solutions and clarify open issues with the market for timely project delivery.
12. Ensure the final Fit-to-Template result is handed over to solution management for implementation.
13. Support budget planning and monitoring for rollouts.
14. Ensure interface partners/projects align with roll-outs and escalate where necessary.
15. Report/escalate performance concerns with relevant project management members as needed.

Requirements

• BCOM in Accounting or related field.
• Postgraduate degree or certification.
• Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous).
• In-depth project rollout and implementation experience across all phases.
• Strong process and accounting knowledge.
• Change and project management skills.
• Excellent and articulate communicator.
• Ability to influence and engage with authority.
• Strong business acumen.
• In-depth understanding and experience in financial accounting areas such as Accounts Receivable, Asset and Investment accounting, Cost Accounting, etc.
• In-depth experience with SAP, including SAP UI5, WebDynpro, and ABAP on SAP HANA.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
