Exec Head - Pmo And Strategy Enablement

Main Responsibilities

1. Drive and delivery of Strategy Enablement plans across the bank.
2. Lead and monitor implementation of strategic goals.
3. Manage integrated work streams and teams across Group Marketing and the business.
4. Act as an expert Strategy and Change advisor to Leaders.
5. Ensure an excellent understanding of the business and strategy, identifying key challenges and opportunities.
6. Provide support and meaningful insights to Execs to assist them in making informed decisions.
7. Coordinate reporting including Exco reports, Board packs, and annual reports.
8. Ensure the quality and accuracy of the information presented.
9. Drive cost management and budgetary control within Strategic Enablement.
10. Report on strategic decisions and governance requirements.
11. Track activities across Group Marketing, different business units, and geographies.
12. Be a catalyst for organisational change.
13. Develop strategies covering multi-tier environments and markets.
14. Make presentations to Senior Management and Execs.
15. Other key responsibilities to be discussed at the interview stage.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Honours degree in Business or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
2. Very strong experience in Strategy Enablement.
3. Head of PMO in Financial Services, IT, or relevant industry.
4. Experience in data management, insights, and marketing is an advantage.
