The Job
This role focuses on event programming processes for South Africa, aiming to deliver excellent service to our clients (promoters, organizers, etc.). You will provide operational support and guidance to clients working with our ticketing system, ensuring they are well-resourced, trained, and focused. Additionally, you will develop, implement, and execute processes across our national market in collaboration with the local team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide centralized event programming support, covering our ticketing platform, access control system, and other client services.
- Develop, share, and implement operational best practices for clients on our ticketing system.
- Support and oversee account management for high-profile clients on the platform.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, understanding their training needs, consulting on platform suitability, and promoting platform adoption.
- Communicate business and operational needs to senior management and product teams, contributing to roadmaps with client requirements.
- Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Drive initiatives to increase client retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Field IT department to ensure proper provisioning of operational technology.
- Represent the division in group conferences and local market calls.
- Regularly report on business performance and internal KPI tracking.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in the Ticketing or Leisure Industry.
- Customer service or client-facing experience.
- Ability to understand client needs and respond with innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
