Job summary

Ninety One is seeking an ETF Operations professional to help build and embed the operational foundation for its growing ETF product range. You will work closely with Fund Accounting, Compliance and external administrators to define processes, ensure accurate intraday NAVs and portfolio files, and support onboarding of new market maker relationships as ETF launches continue.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification or hands-on ETF/CIS operations experience.
• Experience with CIS or ETF administration, reconciliations or audit is a strong advantage.
• Comfort working in a fluid environment where you help define the process, not just follow it.

Responsibilities

• Build and stabilise the cash movement process for ETF flows (inflows, outflows, distributions).
• Establish AMETF rebate calculations as a repeatable monthly process.
• Support onboarding of new market maker relationships as ETFs launch.
• Assist with daily NAV/IPCF validation and pricing oversight.
• Collaborate with Fund Accounting, Compliance and admins to embed controls in the operating model.
• Document processes and hand over to BAU where appropriate.
• Review related invoices, prepare budgets and analyze variances.
