To ensure that the administration of a deceased estate is completed efficiently, professionally, and profitably, to meet financial and revenue targets using the Administration of Estates Act 66 of 1965 and other applicable legislation.

Are You Someone Who Can

  1. Independently manage end-to-end Deceased Estates Administration in terms of the administration of estates act.
  2. Manage escalations.
  3. Utilize legal knowledge to solve complexities that arise in estate administration.
  4. Understand and practically apply knowledge of Business entities, Estate Duty, Capital Gains, and Income Tax relating to deceased estates.
  5. Demonstrate good drafting skills and effective communication.
  6. Understand and manage risk and compliance features within the fiduciary industry.

You will be an ideal candidate if you

  1. Have a legal or deceased estates qualification (preferably LLB, CFP, or Estates Diploma qualification).
  2. Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience administering complex deceased estates/high net worth clients within a fiduciary environment.
