A leading independent school in South Africa is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to ensure the campus is maintained to the highest standards. The role involves supervising maintenance teams, managing repairs, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should hold a relevant qualification and possess a minimum of 5 years in estate or facilities management. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to creating an inspiring environment for students and staff.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Estate Manager plays a key role in ensuring that Redhill School’s campus is maintained to the highest standard. This includes supervising maintenance teams, managing building and grounds upkeep, coordinating renovations and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The Estate Manager will work closely with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to deliver a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment that supports the school’s academic and co-curricular programmes.
