Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily smooth running of maintenance operations, coordinate gardening schedules, oversee building progress, and support security features
• Maintain friendly, daily contact with residents to promptly address their maintenance concerns, ensuring exceptional service and community satisfaction.
• Manage maintenance, gardening, building projects, and security tasks, working closely with residents, contractors, and staff to keep property pristine and well-maintained.
• Manage the fleet and equipment, oversee procurement processes, and maintain detailed records for all maintenance activities.
• Lead, train and motivate maintenance and gardening teams, participate in recruitment, and ensure adherence to safety protocols, fostering a positive work environment.

Remuneration: This is a permanent role and salary according to qualification and experiences.

Availability after hours is required for emergency support.
