Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an Associate to work in the upper quartile housing market in South East London.

What you do:

Focusing solely on the upper quartile of the property market, you will offer each client a bespoke marketing strategy, utilizing local, national, and international exposure within the Fine & Country network. You will work closely with clients from initial enquiry/contact through to key handover, marketing their home to maximize exposure and achieve the highest possible price, following the proven Fine & Country presentation, exposure, and service strategy.

What we do:

We assist with administration, calls, appointment bookings, marketing, sales progression, exposure, and lead generation. Our services include marketing agreements, payment chasing, social media campaigns, Sprift reports, property portals, local market campaigns, leaflets, and online targeted advertising.

We provide all the necessary tools, support, and assistance to help you succeed as an estate agent, earn a great income, and enjoy a better work/life balance. We ensure you can offer a world-class service with exceptional marketing to your vendors.

Who are we looking for:

An experienced agent, ideally with a history of listing and selling homes in South East London. You should possess strong business acumen, be professionally presented, and capable of dealing with U/HNW individuals by offering bespoke services and marketing strategies.
