The Role

To support the sales area in the overall management of equipment customers’ orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure that any non-standard terms and conditions have been approved prior to order entry.
2. Ensure compliance with BA mining standard ordering processes and rules.
3. For stock orders or reservations, ensure the order is covered by the PA supply plan and get approval from SA management prior to order entry.
4. Provide service to KAM’s requests on proposals and placing machine orders on received and approved POs.
5. Invoice machines and follow up on Proof of Delivery with transport suppliers.
6. Review customer POs against cases and quotes.
7. Comply with applicable legislation.

Your Profile:

• Diploma in Marketing and/or Financial Management
• 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
• Office Suite literacy
• English proficiency
• Professional, energetic, dynamic, and positive team player with great business acumen
• Ability to work well within a high-pressure environment
• Must be able to liaise at all levels within the organization
