Job description

Over the last decade, Webrepublic has grown from an ambitious startup into Switzerland’s leading digital agency. More recently, Webrepublic has launched a subsidiary in South Africa to work hand-in-hand with our HQ in Switzerland. To ensure the long-term success of our newly deployed Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system – Projektron BCS, we are looking for an ERP Support Specialist to help us get the most out of this key business tool.

As our ERP Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person for everything related to our ERP system. You will support users, solve problems, create clear documentation, and develop training materials that help our teams work smarter. If you enjoy making complex topics simple and want to play a key role in our digital transformation journey, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for all ERP-related questions and issues. Diagnose, resolve, or escalate problems in a timely and professional manner, keeping users informed throughout.
  • System Expertise: Build and maintain deep knowledge of ERP functionality, features, and processes. Stay up to date on system updates and best practices to provide the most effective support.
  • Documentation: Write and maintain user-friendly guides, SOPs, FAQs, and internal knowledge base articles. Ensure that all system changes are documented and reflected in training materials.
  • Training & Enablement: Create clear and engaging training materials (videos, tutorials, quick-reference guides) for our Learning Management System (LMS). Collect feedback and continuously improve training content.
  • Change Management: Support process and system changes by ensuring that documentation and user guidance are always up to date.
Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1–2 years’ experience in ERP application support or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical topics in a simple way
  • Customer-oriented mindset, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Projektron BCS, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience creating documentation or knowledge base articles
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning content tools
  • Basic understanding of core business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
