What you will do:

The ERP Technical and Business Solutions Change Manager will initially lead the Factory Direct project through the implementation of Infor CSD. Post-implementation, this role will support ERP changes and drive operational improvements while minimizing disruptions.

This role involves facilitating organizational transitions related to ERP changes by developing strategies to help employees adapt, including updates to processes and policies, ensuring minimal disruption and positive outcomes.

You will significantly impact operational goals by ensuring upgrades to the ERP meet all functional, compliance, and interface requirements.

You will monitor service requests, incidents, and projects, ensuring their timely, high-quality completion. Working with the business, you will interpret needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

This role requires applying business process knowledge, analytical skills, and problem-solving to maximize ERP benefits.

What we look for:

• Ability to collaborate with the business to identify operational needs and translate them into technical solutions using Infor CSD
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, preferably using Jira
• Technical support skills for end-users and troubleshooting Infor CSD issues
• Ability to maintain and support Infor CSD Cloud ERP modules
• Skills in system analysis, testing, and process flow creation, especially within financial modules
• Experience leading a team supporting Infor CSD platform and processes

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• 3-5 years of Infor CloudSuite Distribution experience
• Strong analytical skills and ERP process interpretation
• Proficiency with CloudSuite actions, forms, fields, workflows, and data feeds; experience with ION and Data Lake/Data Fabric is a plus
• At least one full cycle implementation of Infor CloudSuite Distribution (preferably from Infor SXE)

Language Skills:

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, including teaching others and providing technical instructions
