Job summary

KPMG in Johannesburg invites graduates to apply for a three-year training contract within our Internal Audit and ERM practice. The successful candidate will support the Enterprise Risk Management team with ERM delivery across a wide range of clients, helping to develop risk frameworks and governance processes.

Qualifications

• BCom Hons in Risk Management, Auditing or Accounting with a strong academic record.
• ER M qualifications such as CCSA or similar are a plus.
• Microsoft Office fluency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ERM framework development and policy documentation.
• Support risk workshops, maturity assessments, and appetite/tolerance statements.
• Participation in business development activities and proposal preparation.
