Citi Equity Middle Office role in Johannesburg: support trading desks, ensure accurate trade capture, and manage end-to-end lifecycle from execution to settlement. You will oversee reconciliations, investigate breaks, and coordinate with front office, operations, and custodians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Equity Middle Office, Trade Support, Operations, or Markets Control functions recommended.
• Strong understanding of equity products, market infrastructure, and post-trade processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily support to Equity Trading and Sales desks.
• Validate trade capture and booking accuracy across Cash Equities, OTC Derivatives and Equity Derivatives.
• Monitor trade flows and investigate trade capture discrepancies.
• Manage full trade lifecycle from execution through settlement and reconciliations.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate operational risks; produce risk reports.
