Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Equity Middle Office, Trade Support, Operations, or Markets Control functions.
• Strong understanding of equity products and market infrastructure.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle processes and settlement procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily support to Equity Trading and Sales desks and validate trade capture.
• Manage full trade lifecycle from execution through settlement and monitor confirmations.
• Oversee end-to-end reconciliation across cash, securities, and derivatives.
• Identify, elevate, and mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to controls and regulatory standards.
• Act as a primary contact for Front Office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams.
