Position Info

Looking for an experienced Equity Investment Analyst to join a dynamic investment team in Hillcrest, Durban.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as an equity analyst. Experience analyzing financial or industrial companies is preferable. You will report to the Chief Investment Officer and be responsible for performing economic, company, and security analysis.

Responsibilities

• Providing research and analysis of the investable universe.
• Reporting and analyzing company results and economic data.
• Filtering and monitoring the investable universe.
• Executing trades and managing portfolio liquidity.

Qualifications

• A degree with a quantitative focus; an honors degree is preferable.
• A CFA qualification is also an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and have financial modeling skills.
