Job Title: EPWP Receptionist/Admin Assistant, Head Office

Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Provide efficient and friendly customer service.
- Welcome on-site guests, determine the nature of their visit, and notify the appropriate personnel.
- Assist walk-in clients.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Provide accurate information in person, via phone, or email.
Admin and Clerical Support
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and managing access at the reception (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Manage Head Office boardrooms and scheduling.
- Update calendars and organize meetings.
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
- Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
- Assist with records, registry, infrastructure, assets, and inventory administration.
- Support procurement administration and handle enquiries.
Switchboard / Telephone Duties
- Manage the main switchboard, answer and transfer calls.
- Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when necessary.
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification.
- No criminal record.
- Ability to communicate in at least two of the Western Cape's official languages.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in reception, front office, or customer service roles.
- Experience in administrative or management positions is a plus.
