Job description

Job Title: EPWP Administrator, Head Office Bridgetown

Job Location: Western Cape, Cape Town

Deadline: June 16, 2025

Responsibilities
  • Assist with updating and consolidation of vehicles and ensure condition assessments are regularly performed.
  • Facilitate vehicle allocations for Head Office and update the landscape list as they come.
  • Assist in consolidating odometer readings and reconciling invoices for payment.
  • Assist with verification of assets when requested.
  • Assist in capturing losses and follow up with outstanding documents and requests.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required by the assigned Transport Officer.
  • Monitor reporting and submission of necessary information and documents.
Requirements
  • At least a Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Flexible regarding changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Sound administrative, financial, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to speak two of the Western Cape official languages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and travel.
  • Possession of a valid code 8 driver’s license.
