About the Role

• Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects in terms of scope.
• Manage technical teams’ time, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks, procurement, and stakeholder management.
• Depending on experience, manage consultancy projects of varying size and complexity.
• Manage project change effectively and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage multi-discipline and cross-sector projects.
• Drive innovation and efficiencies into project delivery.
• Ensure Health & Safety is prioritized in all projects.
• Understand client needs and deliver accordingly.
• Work with proposals teams to ensure smooth transition from tendering to delivery.
• Assess technical and commercial risks during the sales process.
• Create and review proposals and costings for new projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

The role is suitable for an experienced professional. You should possess and be able to demonstrate the following qualifications, skills, and knowledge:

• Degree in an environmental-related field.
• Passion for delivering sustainability to clients and projects.
• Ambition for a project management role in environmental projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, clients, and partners.
• Understanding of consultancy commercial models for project delivery and tender development.
