Job summary

MSP Staffing Pty is seeking an enthusiastic environmental professional to support ESIA projects in a consulting environment. The role targets candidates with a few years of relevant experience who want to develop technical and project management skills.

Responsibilities include ESIA delivery, stakeholder engagement, and producing reports while ensuring compliance with local and international environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Requires BSc in Environmental Science, Geography, or related field.
• Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in environmental consulting/ESIA.
• Good understanding of environmental assessment processes and legislation.
• Exposure to stakeholder engagement and consultation processes.
• Knowledge of international lender standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ESIA delivery: scoping, baseline studies, impact assessments, mitigation, monitoring plans.
• Support stakeholder engagement and consultation activities.
• Prepare ESIA reports and related ES&S documentation.
• Help ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards.
• Provide environmental input to project teams and documentation.
• Contribute to data analysis, research, and project documentation.
