About the YES Initiative

The initiative was launched by the President in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labour department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

Understanding environmental regulations is key for businesses to operate smoothly. It helps avoid fines and delays by ensuring compliance. Being able to clearly communicate findings and recommendations through reports and presentations allows businesses to take a proactive approach. This means they can identify and address environmental impacts before they become problems. By combining environmental compliance with clear communication, our clients can build a sustainable future, safeguard the environment, and position themselves for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Environmental screening and scoping
• Assist with project site audits
• Deliver presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, or a related field.
• Aged between 18 and 34
• Must not have taken part in the YES Programme before
