You will schedule daily content across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn; craft visuals with Canva; monitor channels, respond to inquiries, and help track performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Previous internship or entry-level experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of content creation principles and tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo editing).
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their functionalities for business use.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and scheduling of daily content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Create and curate engaging visual and written content, including graphics, short videos, and captions, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor social channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding to basic inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed.
